Ihr Profil
Minimum 5 years of SAP application support experience with focus on SAP SD, Billing and Workflow Management.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in SD / OTC.
Experience supporting business-critical SAP processes in an international environment.
Experience with incident management, change management, and user support.
Fluent English language skills. German would be nice-to-have, but not mandatory.

Provide application support for SAP S/4HANA business processes - mainly with a SAP SD focus.
Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLA targets.
Analyze root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
Support business users during daily operations and critical business periods.

This position would be the parental leave cover for one year (fixed term employment - extension possible, but can currently not be guaranteed) starting Dec. 2026.
The role would not require German language skills and could be done 100% remotely. Only for team events or kick-off meetings an on-site presence in the Hannover area would be required (about 1 day per month).
