Ihr Profil
You have successfully completed your studies, professional training or have a comparable qualification.
In addition, you have several years of experience in SAP HCM PY or PT (at least one of the components in depth) - experience from other SAP HCM components (like ESS/MSS), HCM Cloud solutions or FIORI applications would also be desirable.
You have either English language skills at around level C1 and would be open to quickly learn German or you already speak German on level B2 or better.

Determining the needs of the HR business lines with regard to the optimization of functions and processes in the Payroll and Time Management environment.
Collaboration in projects and international rollouts, as well as the ongoing S4 transition.
Implementation of solutions in SAP HCM (mainly in PT and PY) in projects.
Preparation and holding of workshops with users or clients.
Intensive technical exchange with the business and other experts in the SAP team.
